We want you to love your Hayden Jewels, however if you’ve changed your mind or unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Conditions of return:

• Please remember to provide your proof of purchase when returning your order.
• You request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• The item is in its original packaging and unworn. 

We do not accept the returns:

• If the items are not received in our return address within the given timeframe we may be unable to process your claim.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If you receive a faulty or a damaged items, please contact us immediately at customersupport@haydenjewels.com with 2-3 clear images, your order number and a detailed description and we will respond with next steps.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customers unless the product is deemed faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of faulty goods.
